Shipping Policy

At Aumbe, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges in accordance with our policy detailed below. Please note that any items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Aumbe does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise. Once we receive and review your returned merchandise, we will issue an exchange or refund.

Shipping Policy:

Pin Codes Covered: We deliver to most of the pin codes in India and other countries. If you want to confirm your pin code, please send us an email at evergoonline@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs:

  • Within India: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1,499/-. A standard delivery charge of INR 100 will be applicable to all orders (whether prepaid or cash on delivery) under INR 1,499/-. This delivery charge is non-refundable.
  • Outside India: Shipping charges outside India are based on the weight of the products ordered or the number of products ordered. The exact shipping amount can be seen on the checkout page before placing the order. The cash-on-delivery (COD) option is not available for products to be delivered outside India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India: Aumbe shall charge INR 100 as handling charges. These handling charges are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  2. Condition: Items should be unused, unwashed, free of damages, stains, and fragrances, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Products that are on Sale/Flash Sale/EOSS and gift cards cannot be returned. However, the product can be exchanged for a bigger or smaller size depending on stock availability.
  4. Return/Exchange requests: Will not be accepted in case of color mismatch, personal choice, or orders placed by mistake. A 10-12% color difference may occur depending on screen resolution & lighting, and a return or exchange is not offered for this reason.

Note: Free return and exchange are applicable for one (1) time only.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at evergoonline@gmail.com or call us at 
  2. 99678 71837 to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging or similar, keeping labels intact.

Processing Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  2. Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will send out the replacement item(s) after the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. If the exchange item is not available, you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative options. The exchange policy allows for only size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a reward coupon on COD or source transfer for prepaid orders and purchase the new item separately.

Cancellation:

Orders are eligible for cancellation by the User for up to 8 hours from the placement of the order. Once the User cancels the order within such 8 hours, the paid amount for such canceled order will be refunded to their original source of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at evergoonline@gmail.com or call us at 99678 71837. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Incorrect Items Received:

Occasionally, we experience warehouse errors. If you have received the incorrect item, please ensure you retain the original packaging and contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will require photographs of the package and the product.

Price Modification:

Aumbe reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time. Any price changes will not affect any order that Aumbe has already accepted. Once the product is delivered to the customer, Aumbe is not responsible for any price differences during Sale changes. No refund is applicable once an order is placed and the Sale changes.
